A Great and Terrible Beauty

I just finished this one.  It took me longer to read because it took me longer to get into.  It's a fantasy, which isn't really my genre.  It was interesting enough, I mean I finished it.  I think there are 2 more in the series, but I have some other books I want to read first.  Not a very thrilling review I'm afraid, but I guess it boils down to personal preference.

Has anyone else read this series?
